Day Three

Welcome to Day 3 of the 5-Day Energetic Reset plus Take Your Next Mini-Step Challenge.

You receive the all the energetic clearings from today’s video, even if you just read the subject line of this email.  But only if you would like that  (You always have FULL choice in all of these clearings)

Your Energetic Reset Day Three:

1) Who have you decided you are and what you will do today that is not to your advantage?

  • How much of these are your thoughts, someone else’s thoughts, something else’s thoughts?
  • Do you choose to Banish and Vanquish and Vaporize and Liquefy all the ones that aren’t yours?  Yes, I choose that!  BV, LV
  • What if you can be the best version of you today?

2) What is everything you decided you can’t change over these 5-Days that you actually can change? 

  • What if you can change all of that and have what you would like to have?  Anything preventing that VL

3) Use a daily practice to get back to you and clear any external influences. Some ways to do this: 

  • Watch today’s video, read this email, listen to the Power Up and Energetic Refresh audio or make up your own.
    • This makes your day so much easier.  And makes it easier to take that next step.
  • Don’t have time for even one of those?  No worries, just decide and state out loud that you will have an amazing day/night. Say this three times out loud. Or if that is too much, decide and state out loud that you will have a better day/night than you thought you would (x3).

4) Your current life becomes a habit, which can make it hard to change. 

  • Change this by taking a step, a micro-step, toward what you would like.
  • If you don’t know what step to take, just do something new or different than you normally would do. Some options
    • Go to a different restaurant, walk at a different park or neighborhood.
    • Take a class (yoga, tango, etc.)
    • Attend a MeetUp or what have you always wanted to do/try?
    • Call a friend you haven’t chatted with for weeks or months.

5) Who have you decided you are and what you will do today that is not to your advantage?

  • How much of these are your thoughts, someone else’s thoughts, something else’s thoughts?
  • Do you choose to Banish and Vanquish and Vaporize and Liquefy all the ones that aren’t yours?  Yes, I choose that. BV, LV
