How to get the most from energetic clearing audios
Here are some instruction and helpful tips to get the most out of your energetic clearing products.
Your purchase includes one year of free updates and you can install your purchased audios on all electronic devices you own. If you haven’t already, join the empowerment email group and like my Facebook page so you’ll have the latest information and notices of any product updates.
To download your audios.
Computers: Click on the download link on your payment confirmation page and/or your email confirmation. When the webpage opens, click the Download button at the top right and then save the file to your computer. You can then transfer the .mp3 files to your smartphone through iTunes for iPhones or by dragging and dropping for Android phones. It is often easier to transfer from your computer to a smart phone than doing it directly on your smartphone.
Smartphones: If possible use your computer with the instructions above as that is often easier. To download directly to your smartphone, the easiest way I have found is to have a free Box.com account as that is the same location where I already store these downloads. Click the download link in your confirmation email and when the file shows in your browser, click Open in Box (or get app). Box is a small free app that you can install. Once installed, logon to Box, click save a copy, and then click make available offline so if you don’t have access to the internet you still have access to the audio. If you find another way to do this other than through Box.com, that is simpler, please let me know.
Instructions and how to get the most from your energetic change audios
I suggest having your energetic audios loaded on your smartphone, so you always have easy access to them and play them at the first hint of a challenge or when you can’t shake an unwanted emotion or feeling.
You may play the audios for other people and for your clients on any device you own, though please don’t gift or share the actual recording or download links. If someone you know is interested in an audio, please direct them to my website where they can purchase their own copy. Your purchase entitles you to download your recordings from the server only a limited number of times. Please download and save the audios to your computer or smartphone, as my server is not setup to stream for online listening. If you accidently use up all your downloads, just contact me for a one-time reset.
The energetic clearing audios work by just listening to them, even on low (one step above mute) volume, but to get the most of these energetic clearings: At least for the first time or two, listen to the audios at a volume where you can hear what I’m saying. This allows you to hear and know what you are saying yes to clearing and gives you a base for future plays to go deeper into each clearing. You can listen to these audios on low in the future to help create the change you are looking for. If it is an especially challenging time, I suggest listening to them again at normal volume, though if this is not possible, play them on low and put them on repeat.
To increase the power and depth of the clearings, when I ask a clearing question, say outload or even silently “Yes, I choose this” if you would like to clear and release it. If you are getting a “no” to the question, that’s ok. You can just ignore that question and wait for my next clearing question. Some questions that you say might originally say no to, after listening to the entire audio or even listening to it for a few times, you might then choose to say “yes.” If you are getting a no and it seems like you really should say yes, or you want to say yes, to the clearing, ask this question. “Is this me saying no, someone else saying no, or something else saying no?” Then all the someone and something elses. Banish Vanquish. And or intend to remove them or allow them to be removed when I run the next clearings.
Note: While the energies I use to create energetic change are stored and accessed during playback, there are no subliminal tracks. This give you full awareness on what you are choosing to clear or choosing not to clear. You have fully choice in anything and everything you clear or release.
Warnings and Tips
These energetic audios are powerful. They clear energies and emotions that previously were only possible to do in one-on-one sessions. So do not listen while driving or where fine motor skills or balance is required.
A small number of people have reported having some discomfort when listening for the first time or two. Usually this is in the form of slight nausea, headache or other body discomfort. If you notice this, everything is actually OK, nothing is wrong. It is just your body perceiving energetic blocks or perceiving previously stuck energy releasing or wanting to be released.
If the feelings aren’t too uncomfortable, keep listening as you most likely are perceiving different body sensation as these non-contributive energies are removed. While they might not be comfortable, these sensations don’t hurt your bodies and you will most likely feel much better afterwards when these energies are released or removed. These sensations usually pass quickly as you listen and clear more layers as the audio continues.
If it does become too uncomfortable, you can turn the recording to a lower volume level, move the playback device to another room, or even just turn it off and listen to it another time.
And if you don’t notice any body discomforts that OK too. The clearings are working and they usually clear without any discomfort. Most often the only “side effect” is that you will feel lighter and more like you during and after you listen to the audio.
