It happens to all of us. We feel a bit off and then look for the reason why.
Often what quickly comes to the surface is a recent upset or even an aspect of life that maybe isn’t going so well.
The reason seems so logical and rational, that you can easily go down the rabbit hole of how bad it (or even everything in your life) is. Totally forgetting why you were looking there in the first place.
And what if that reason wasn’t even the real reason you were feeling off in the first place?
